Welcome! My name is Sean Dayton and I am the founder of FitnessNext which is a in home
personal training.I will bring the gym to you or we can work out in my studio. I started doing group exercise training and personal training in my garage in 2012 while living in Washington state. I moved to California to complete my business degree at California Lutheran university. Why do I love fitness and believe its an important part of life? I fell in love with fitness after I tore my ACL playing basketball in high school twice. After the second repair I became passionate about finding ways to prevent injuries , become stronger and more athletic so that I can enjoy basketball again and all the other activities that fulfill my life such as playing basketball, hiking, golfing , tennis and many more things. I want to share my love for exercise and fitness with you.

My Philosophy
My training goal is straightforward. It is to give everyone no matter your age or ability the proper exercises routine to help prevent injuries, improve strength and improve your body composition. I also want you to learn how to do exercises so you feel comfortable and confident exercising on your own. Let’s talk about how I can help you achieve your fitness goals.
Qualifications
I am a certified personal trainer and group class trainer with international sports sciences association, I’m also certified as a Trx trainer and a Crossfit Level 1 trainer.
