What To Expect and Services Offered

Fitness Assessment

For the first appointment we will do a fitness assessment we will go through  your exercise history, medical history, and goals. We will also do a fitness assessment to get an understanding of your strengths and weaknesses.

1 On 1 Training

This is our time to work with together . There will be a warm up , training session and cool down stretch. I will bring all the equipment needed  to help you reach your fitness goals. I will design a custom program that will help you reach your  goals. With 1 on 1 training you will also get custom workouts sent to you for the days that you are not working with me.

Cost: 50$ per individual session.

Package: 10 sessions for 450$

 

 

Partner Training & Group Training

Partner training is a cost-effective way to receive individual training while working out with a partner.

Costs per session for partner and groups( 2 people or more)

Costs: 40$ Per session per person


 

 

 

 

Vertical and Speed

My goal is to help prepare your body for your sport.Running fast and jumping higher is the most desired ability for all athletes. My training will give you the edge in your sport. We will work on all aspects  such as bio mechanics, plyometrics , barbell training and will tailor a program that will maximize your athletic performance.

Individual:

Cost: 50$ per individual session.

Package: 10 sessions for 450$

Basketball Skills Training

I love this sport and want to share my passion with my clients that want to improve their game. I still train and stay up to date on the best ways to develop as a basketball player. My goal is to help develop your skills,have fun , develop a sportsmanship, positive habits, and help you become the best player you can be. Through my coaching, you will learn new skills,  improve your shooting,ball handling defense,passing and mental aspects of the game .

Please take note:

1.Sessions are to be used within a 10 week time frame and unused sessions do not roll over.

2.Sessions are a one hour. Please be ready to go at your scheduled time. Also, I understand your time is valuable, as is mine too. Thus, if you are unable to make your scheduled session please give me 24 hour notice.
